You don’t have to travel to the Upside Down for a taste of this summer bevvie! Inspired by Stranger Things, Leggo My Eggo features a cafe twist on America’s (and Eleven’s) favorite toaster waffle.

 

Blueberry Pancakes with a Twist

This Bevvie Moment is our take on a blueberry pancake latte…but better, because it’s a waffle. Partly inspired by Eleven’s favorite treat in Stranger Things, we believed in the power of the waffle because let’s be honest, waffles are so much more fun than pancakes.

Starting with the classic espresso and milk blend, its fruity inclusions truly set this Latte apart from its Italian ancestor. Blueberry syrup and brown butter are infused into the Latte base, drizzled with pure Canadian maple syrup, and then topped with freeze-dried blueberries. Wow- can you just feel the childhood morning memories with this one?

Sourced from second-generation coffee farmer Noe Castillo in the Huehuetenango, region, this roast features nectarine, green grape, and pear with light spiced nutmeg notes, adding a complex yet sweet undertone to our Lattes. And with organic and sustainable cultivating practices, you can feel confident in every sip.
